belleberlin is a one-person studio in Berlin. I'm independent, so there's no factory and no production line. Every bracelet and necklace is put together by me, one charm at a time.
I started making charm pieces because I loved how a few tiny things can hold a whole story: a birthday, an inside joke, a first letter. When you build yours here, I place each charm exactly where you chose it.

How long does it take, and what does shipping cost?
I make your piece within 1–3 days of ordering and post it from Berlin. Shipping costs:
- Germany€3.50 · free over €35
- EU€5.50 · free over €45
- Worldwide€8.50
Orders over €35 are sent tracked, and I email you the tracking number. Smaller orders go as a letter without tracking. Orders outside the EU may have customs fees on arrival.
What is it made of?
Every chain and charm holder is stainless steel, in a silver or gold tone. Each charm's finish (gold, silver, enamel or mixed metal) is shown in the charm picker.
What do the charm codes mean?
Every charm has its own code, like BW-021. Your codes are saved with your order in the order you placed them, so I know exactly which charms to thread on and where.
What's a charm holder?
A little screw-lock clip (a heart, oval or spring ring) that hangs from your chain with up to 5 charms clustered on it. It's free, and it makes swapping charms later really easy.
Can I send my design to someone else?
Yes. Tap Share design under the preview and send the link. Whoever opens it sees your exact piece, ready to add to their bag. Perfect for dropping a hint.
What lengths are there?
Every chain can be made to your length: bracelets from 15 to 20cm (17cm fits most wrists) and necklaces from 35 to 60cm (40cm sits around the collarbone, 45cm just below it). To find your bracelet size, measure your wrist and add 1–2cm.
How do I look after my jewellery?
Take it off before showering, swimming or the gym, keep perfume and lotion away from it, and store it in its pouch so it stays shiny for longer.
Can I return a custom piece?
Because every piece is made to order just for you, custom pieces can't be returned. If anything arrives damaged, get in touch and I'll replace it.
